I wish I could give KFC more stars, but this time it was bad experience. Went there on Saturday Night at 9:00.there was nowhere to sit as they put all chair on top of table.we have ordered 2 ginger box, it came out quick but without any spoon for mash or tissue pack. Also asked for straw the answer was they don’t have it.and finally when opened the box,the chips were soggy, burnt and leftover from previous order i believe.

I feel pretty let down by kfc Claremont. My 10 year old son did some chores for $4.95 to walk down and purchase a snack box with a close family friend who is 20 years old. Upon arrival they were both asked to leave.Walking back and notifying us, his mum traveled down and was told he was on camera threatening them in the past. We asked to see the footage but was refused. As we are well aware our son has never set foot on kfc grounds without a adult.I then called the acting manager who would not give there name, continued to explain if any child is labeled in there opinion can be denied service and asked to leave.She made my son feel labeled and put in a bracket that he can’t do the small adventures of growing up.I know there are groups of youths causing havoc. But how do the children doing the right thing progress. I have left my details with the acting manager & I want to be contacted for further action on those responsible.

Such a rude staff. Don't know how to greet customers. While ordering, one of the staff (Jaylissa) first ignored me, then without saying Hi, just made a wierd face took my order like she is doing big favour. We can call it racist staff as well.

Absolutely disgusting, we ordered 2 crunch salads and there was literally 2 corn chips, not even a handful of salad and the chicken looked like it had been torn by hand and on top of that we weren't even given cutlery. We didn't go back as there is not point as we personally don't trust what they would do to our food and to be honest last time I went back to get food that was missing I was greeted by rude staff so no point even trying. Never again they really need to fix this place up or you will loose customers

Ordered mixed feast, 2minutes from home chips cold chicken cold & tough, even the grandchildren wouldn't eat it.Staff need to get some customer service skills.

It's good. It just takes a while to wait even if you pre-order using the app. A good location and staff are always polite.

The staff need to take more care packing the orders..4 wings in a box that has 8 pieces is not acceptable cold chips the whole meal could do with spearing in the bin.Never again it's the 3rd time this has happened not happy KFC claremont

Rude... Cranky staff... Food was Good....interaction left a bad taste in my Mouth lucky the food didn't... Maybe management could teach the staff a few scripted Responses that are helpful.

Unprofessional staff.Asked me for a receipt for the survey. Never had happened this before.Did not give me free fries for the survey.Asked them to make sure the food is hot and fresh and they provided cold and not fresh food.Never going to this branch again.
