Dolphin Watch Cruises Jervis Bay

We had an advance booking, came here, waited for half an hour at the site where it had a big fat board that said cruise at 11.30 am.. only to learn at 11.30 that it departs from another Wharf. Had called them twice before but they never attended to the calls on 4441 6311. Visited their office at 50 Owen St which DOES NOT EXIST, only a board that says Dolphin and Whale watching. To add to the woes - we managed to reach the right place 10 minutes before boarding only to find an unorganised queue waiting to get in. Bunch of rude crew who didn't seem to understand how to assist us. We had a booking confirmation for Dolphin watch cruise. The crew member told us the company had merged with another company and instantly I foresaw that this is going to be worse than I thought. They couldn't find our booking number and kept blaming Adrenaline for some technical issue, apparently not realising it could have something to do with their system. A lady crew member offered us a spot with the next cruise 2 hours later. But what I fail to understand she could have let us in with this one too.. like she did let another couple get in!! Double standards much? Such an unhappy experience after making an advance booking and driving all the way from Sydney just for this.

Wonderful experience... Highly recommended with little ones. Also carry a swimming costume.

Terrific experience. We saw more than 10 whales on our trip. The captain was funny and great with the kids. Highly recommend!

BE ON TIME! If you are late from boarding time, the sailor WILL LEAVE YOU! We watched as the sailor left people behind because they arrived at time of leaving instead of 15 minutes early.The cruise itself is nice, the caption tours you around and tells you cool information. The net bed is also cool and fun with family and friends.Also, if you don't end up seeing any dolphins, like we didn't despite being on for two hours, they give you credit to come again which is good.

Weather being absolute horrible , it was drenching when we got on the boat .couldn't see the dolphin cruise was alright .

Fun day out in the cruise to spot some cute dolphins! Tickets are sold online or you can also get tickets directly in the shop. Once purchased, they will sent an email confirmation of the tickets. Just tell the name of the person who purchased the tickets in order to board the ship. The dolphin watch cruise is one an a half hour's time. We didn't manage to get the morning session 1030am tickets so we got on the 1pm cruise. We manage to spot just s few dolphins so I guess the dolphins are less active in the afternoon. Food and drinks are welcome onboard so do pack some light snacks if needed.

An adventurous cruise in Jervis Bay, we were lucky to see some dolphins.

We had a great time on the dolphin cruise. Unfortunately, there were no dolphins out and about on the day we went, but mother nature is impossible to predict. Please ignore any reviews that complain that there are no dolphins. It's a great outing whether the dolphins decide to come out or not. The boat trip with commentary around the bay is a great outing in its own right.

Great experience, loved the boat ride, although we did co.e a Ross so.e wild wet weather at times, but we. Opted to stay on the front.The dolphins did come for a play that day, and travelled with us for quite a while putting on a little show.Although not the cruises fault, you cannot control entitled people that think they are the only ones that paid for the experience.Had a great talk with the deckhand on the way back. Very knowledgeable for a young guy.

We had an awesome time on the passage cruise! Henri is as much a skipper as a comedian! It's fresh on the boat but luckily the wind&water proof jackets provided kept us warm. Many thanks to the lovely crew, you made our day!
