This place is very close to my workplace . I go there almost everyday for my lunch break. Staff is well trained always serves with big smile . Highly recommended

If I could I would give them -0 starts. Worst customer service. Making a kid serve who doesn’t have an idea about what he is doing. The senior staff ‘the mum’ sitting near the counter and not helping that kid. Doesn’t have any onions, cheese. Which was okay, when asked to put salads, the kid only put like a tinest amount of lettuce. So I asked him again to put more lettuce he added probably a small bit and looked at in a rude way and asked is that enough. Oh now come the sauce part, he was putting the thinnest line of sauce which didn’t even cover the whole bread. Such a rippers. Would never in my life come back here.

Absolutely disgusting. I walked in the place was a mess so dirty and I was the only person in there. I walked out. Never again will I be going there.Since the new owners came in its gone down hill badly

I’ve been coming to this subway for around 8 years, and I kid not tell you, that their staff is never trained properly, it’s always something it’s always little so I just ignore it or correct them, but now I just had it, I tried to use my points to pay and the staff working there didn’t know how to use that function to pay with points. I don’t blame the employee working there, but the manager that has failed to train their employees up-to the subway standards honestly disappointed. This is one of subway’s principles “Always provide exceptional service to your valued guests;“ and subway has failed to this to their customers honestly disappointed, do better.

After the Cranbourne North Subway store was shut early according to it’s store trading hours advertised…I went to the Lyndhurst Subway.I was served at 21:10 by a lovely young lady.As I was having my sandwich made - the other worker was putting away the fresh cookies just made with her BARE hands.I watched her bite her nails, wipe her hands constantly on her pants & shirt in between touching the cookies. She then decided to stack the cookies along her shirt/stomach to balance them.This was absolutely disgusting to watch & a disgrace. I was planning on purchasing a few cookies before this incident & choose not too after this unhygienic practice.Put some gloves on & use the tongs with the cookies.Basic hygiene rules aren’t that hard in a FOOD BASED environment.Won’t be coming back here.I did take video of this to post but the reviews won’t let me.(It was just of her hands - no face).

I was refused to be served at 8:55 , 5 minutes before their closing time . Staff said they have packed already . I usually go to Beaconsfield and they are always open till 9 . Will never go back to Marriott waters . Loss to the franchisee, need to train staff well.

was served by a lovely girl today, i believe her name was Liana. The poor girl had been left alone to manage the store, with the next person on shift not showing up and the management not doing anything to help her. I would give Liana 5 stars and a raise, however the store itself is what brings this review down to a 3/5. The owners of the business should have come in to help rectify the staffing issue.
