Absolutely fantastic customer service. The staff here are very helpful and are some of the nicest people around. If the store doesn't stock an item you are looking for they will track one down very promptly. The products sold here are extremely reliable and inexpensive. They have a fantastic returns policy and are extremely considerate towards the customers. The staff know their products well and often have had personal experience with them. Absolutely fantastic store.

If i ever win lotto im going to buy a bcf store just for myself! BCF is awesome. Its got everything you want and need for outdoors for a reasonable price. I have come across a few staff that dont know much about anything but generally thete is always someone there that can help.
