The shop assistant treated me rudely even though I was a loyal customer. She spent most of her time playing with her phone and yelling at me when I asked questions about products. There are so many cosmetic stores in Burwood. I will never come back to buy any overpriced product with a rude attitude. Before being knocked down by other cosmetic stores, someone needs to teach the shop assistant how to be friendly and polite.

Do NOT buy your cosmetics here! Majority of products are $3-5 more expensive (per item) compared to W cosmetics which is just around the corner. They also have a no refund or exchange policy for 'hygiene reasons'. I purchased a product and tried to exchange it after 5 minutes with unopened packaging and they refused.Very poor customer service. One of the shop assistants was very rude and dismissive.
