I got these guys to move a solid-state drive from an old Acer to a Dell Precision Tower. The mandate was to have the Dell react and run EXACTLY the way the Acer did, so all I had to do was switch the Dell on and I'd be off and running without having to learn/change/do anything new.The team at Techbay did the job promptly, economically, and professionally. My PC was running ridiculously slow, and email software was receiving but not sending (with Optus and Microsoft passing the buck). After months of just putting up with it I finally bit the bullet, unplugged everything and handed it over to professionals. I should've just done that in the first place; Sebastian was friendly, knowledgeable and super professional and had it running like new by the next day, great service at reasonable prices. As a sixty one year old who hasn’t had a computer of any sort for twelve years, Sebastian’s help in setting up my new iPad to talk to my iPhone was invaluable. These guys are awesome and I highly recommend them! A family business, the team is professional, helpful and kind. They went out of their way to assist me, even though it wasn't a major repair opportunity for them. I'd gone in as I was experiencing issues with my printer. My hands were covered in black ink. It was a new cartridge and the machine itself only two years old, so I couldn't understand what the problem was. They checked it, explained that it was the cartridge and not the machine that was problematic, and held the printer there while I popped into Officeworks to buy another cartridge so they could test it for me to make absolutely sure. They went above and beyond and didn't charge me a cent on this occasion as they said it didn't take long and wasn't a big deal. Any tech issues I have in future, whether desktop, laptop, tablet, notebook, or printer, I will definitely be taking it to them. Thanks so much guys for saving my day!
