Xceptional Plumbing

From personal experience, I highly recommend Xceptional Plumbing.I have started using Daniel and Xceptional Plumbing both for my rental properties through the Agent, and for my own residence contacting Xceptional directly. Two months ago, he saved me some real heartache when my HWS sprung a leak when I had to head to the airport within an hour. Thankfully, he had someone there to solve my problem within fifteen minutes. It really doesn't get much better than that - and, even though I was in a desperate situation, the fix was quick and the bill so very reasonable. Impressed.This week I had a re-occurring problem with the stormwater which blocks every year with tree roots. Promises but no solutions by the other plumbing firm after three years. Xceptional was called this time, Tom arrived with his expertise and identified the exact location of the broken pipe. This was the first time the problem had been properly diagnosed. We discussed the options and Tom returned the following week and he was able to limit the repair to the broken section, replacing only the broken section of pipe and now all fixed-permanently. Very impressed with the service and the result; and very pleasantly surprised with the bill. Well done guys! Thanks.

Thoroughly professional in every way. Came out after hours to find and fix a blockage in our sewer. Friendly, explained everything being done and left the place clean. I will have no hesitation in calling again!

Regularly use the team at Xceptional Plumbing. They are great to deal with, very responsive and provide regular updates. It is really helpful how they send photos of completed jobs.

Incredibly unreliable. We had to chase up for 5 weeks to get the quote from their attendance on site, we were then charged for the attendance. We then tried to get them to do the remediation works suggested in the quote and again received no response. This resulted in us having to find another roof plumber to actually do the work, whilst their accounts team still chases up for payment of the invoice. Absolutely baffling.

LANDLORDS BEWARE! Xceptional Plumbing deal with agents not owners.My agent has arranged this company to attend a rental properties twice in the last 12 months. I have been told that the works carried out are to an acceptable standard however, I found the charges on the second attendance to be excessive so called to get some clarification Daniel advised me that “we get our back up when we are told that our prices are excessive” I then explained as the owner of the property I would like to know what I was paying for his response was “I do not deal with owners I deal with agents” I have arrange for the account to be paid in full by due date and advised my agent never to employee Xceptional Plumbing on my behalf again.LANDLORDS BEWARE!!

Great Company, excellent service. Called them, they came the same day found and fixed the problem quickly. Definitely will call them again for any issues. Well worth it calling them.
