The lady work in the weight bridge first thing u going to meet her she is was bad to me no smaile or say halo to me was rude to talk to me I don't know why and she tell me un cover your truck load out of my site not in my site at all no alowed to do that talk to me like i work for her I was go to tip my truck load every day in sce so from now one no more i tip my load in sce because of her i go to bin go. ( by the way was all team members perfect friendly helpful ) only she

Called them up in regards to getting rid of fertiliser, they put me through to another site , call was disconnected, called back , was told to call them myself , did that , was the wrong place called them , back and was told to give it 5 minutes before I was even given the chance to explain it was the wrong facility, was clearly frustrated by their customer service abilities, was then called by another lady in their office only to say to me to be more respectful next time , with no acknowledgment of their own staffs poor communication skills
