Never call back! no customer service. Called over a week ago and told they would get back to me with a price. Never heard back from them. They have all the details of the truck and my contact details. They just don't give a F. Called Fuso Brisbane and had the same thing happen! Useless

By far the most useless business i have ever delt with.Customer service was non existent.Cost us thousands of dollars for a problem they couldn't fix and then turned around and told us it was going to cost another$5000 to fix it.Absolute joke !If I could add photos of their workmanship you would see what I mean.If you're reading this do yourself a favour and don't use this business.!

I rang Gold Coast Parts Dept as I was getting such poor service from Brisbane, and guess what??? exactly the same lack of service. When they finally do answer, they take all your details, but then never call back. I have been a heavy truck Parts Mgr in the past and can't believe these people have a job. I have to give one star cause you cant score zero.

Poor customer service.They sold us a faulty battery and refused to honour the warranty two days later.They claimed they could test the battery there.$15,000.00 later and they were so rude.The Receptionist was very happy to be telling us they wouldn’t be taking the battery back.
