Staff have always been rude every time I have come in which is several. Animals are obviously all wonderfull though it’s just a shame the staff can’t be too.

It seems like a great place. They have many beautiful kitties there, and puppers. But, they don't put enough litter in the cat litter boxes. You can see the bottom of the container, there's barely a puddle of actual litter in the box. The cats have to paw the litter into one spot so they can even do their business. Quite a sad sight. Although I suppose it incentivises people to adopt the cats and rescue them from litter-less hell. I never asked the reason why there's such little litter, so I don't want to make assumptions. I'm not sure if its a lack of funding or something like that. Not an expert. Just, please, give the kitties more litter. I'll make sure to bring it up next time I visit!

Got told we could view the kittens/cat as we were interested in adopting from reception. However when the lady came out of the cattery to show us through and saw we didn’t have paperwork she said “no today”… what happened to the times you could just go through and see the cats and not have to have “paperwork”

I adopted my cat from SCARS and found the lady that appeared to be in charge of the cats very rude. I appreciate the good work they do in caring for the animals until they find their forever homes but was upset with the judgment and hostility from the staff
