Love Your Fitness - LYF
These girls know how to turn up the energy in a room! Whether it's a class of 3 or a class of 20, the vibe is never dull and I always leave sweaty with a smile on my face! If you want to kick-start your fitness journey or get some extra cardio in, honestly these girls know how to put on a class. Doesn't matter whether you've Zumba'd before or not, I promise you will love it!

Love Your Fitness - LYF
I look forward to Tuesdays each week because of these classes. It's a place to let go, embrace myself, destress and get some excerise in while I'm at it. Vicki and Aleisha make it fun and are always there after class to help me with any moves I'm struggling to grasp. I'm amazed at what I can actually do now compared to when I started. Practice does make perfect!

Love Your Fitness - LYF
Vikki and Aleisha have been teaching Zumba for many years, and they choreograph all of their routines which are definitely better than the original Zumba videos! There's a lot of variety in their classes and anyone can do it, you don't need to be an experienced dancer or anything, they let you work at your own pace and level without judgement. They are friendly, enthusiastic, fun and motivating - you won't find another Zumba class like them!
