I personally found the experience stressful and incomplete Updated: March 31 2023 the car was written off due to the poor quality work. our insurance company wrote off my 50k car the costs to put right all the short cuts and mistakes. My car is now classed as a TECHNICAL WRITE OFF!Our car was brand new 4 weeks old! not even 1000km (this was just the beginning of our bad luck)Went in unfortunately for a repair the 2 passenger doors as we were side swiped (not our fault)When we got the car back it had 2 brand new passenger side doorsThe Brand new Freshly Painted doors were scratched like you cannot believe on the inside see pictures!I could not get a reason why plaza crash knowingly put the interior on the new doors when they were so badly scratchedThe paint had runs, bubbles and lines where there isn’t any paint, and the paint was not even close to the original car colour see picture the door handle is the correct colour.The door interior was not fitted properly, and parts were damagedThe front spoiler was damaged while plaza crash was fixing the car and had to be replaced see pictureThe side skirt started to fall off See PictureThe wheel rim was supposed to be replaced but plaza crash just tried to paint over the damageSo obviously the car had to be re done we had from our insurance company 14 days car hire we had used 5 in the first failed attempt to repair our car the second time they took so long that we had to return the hire car and pay our own way and plaza crash Knew this but did not make any effort they took 10 days (wouldn’t complain if this time the car repair was done properly but the car was still not fixed properly. On the second repair attempt the insurance company came and looked at the car before they fitted all the trim on day 5 and rejected the quality of the work it took another 5 days for the car to be ready however the repairs were still not right.It has almost been 12 months the car has been back 3 times and is still not right more issues keep re- appearing as some of the car trim details keep falling off. The paint job still has lumps, swirl marks in the paint damage to the car body where they have used tools to remove the car trim, sika flex to try and hold on damaged car Details (were damaged when they removed them ) that should have been replaced clips that hold body panels on were damaged and need replacing and there are car body panels that have been refitted but they have no panel gap as not re fitted properlyOur insurance company has had another look at our car and has chosen NOT for our car to be taken back again to Plaza Cash and Now our car is going to another repairer so they can fix the things Plaza crash have failed to repairThere’s more but I think this is enough for you to understand what my experience was likeGoogle before you listen to plaza crash contact me I can 100% prove and provide lots more pictures of the actual failed repairs and each issue I mention in this review.I am now waiting for plaza crash to contact me with an offer of an out of court compensation amount. For all the stress and lack of empathy threw this ordeal as well as the financial losses occurred.

Quick turn around for repairs, long wait to book in but this seems standard for all repairers at this time. Staff are super friendly and prompt with resolving my queries.

If you are looking for QUALITY work to be done on your vehicle then go with Plaza Crash! I picked my Mazda 6 Wagon up the other day and the job they did was outstanding. The work needing to be done wasn't as straight forward as usual since they had to 're-do' my car after another company had left it needing to have the entire left side as well as the back and front bumpers re-sprayed. Thanks to Eric and his team for such a high quality outcome, my car looks brand new again! :) Cheers for detailing it also and making the process stress free for me.P.s This wasnt my first time going through plaza crash. They re-sprayed the front bumper on my lancer years ago and did such a great job! My only regret is that I didn't return to them straight away with my mazda. No idea why on earth I didnt but it sure taught me a lesson! Haha

What a absolute bunch of legends.Repaired the bull bar on my Jeep in good time. Was advised that there was going to be a wait for parts, but kept me informed.Easy to deal with and even cleaned my car for pick up.Great work guys and gals.

After getting into a prang with a kangaroo at the end of last year, my insurance company were quick to get the ball rolling. Admittedly it was around Xmas and the New Year so it wasn't until the last week in March 2023 before the job could even be started. Plaza crash were able to get a new bonnet and front panel. I'm noticing little things after the fact that I thought could have had a bit more attention to detail. There was green glue or masking tape left on the silver front panel trim that wasn't removed, a minor thing for some, but this was obvious for me. And there was also glue or something on the windscreen which I had to use a solvent to remove without scratching the glass.All in all, all I'm saying is they did the job as required but their attention to detail wasn't all there.

Such a friendly place for a crash repair shop, the girl at the front desk was so lovely every time I called or went in there. Quick and efficient and great communication.

Seriously the best Crash repairers I have dealt with! The guys and gals at Plaza are the nicest bunch of people. From reception so happy and welcoming, the 1st assessor guy, thorough and supportive, to the guys out back. I have had my car repaired here 3 times now, I chose them through my insurer - has been the best service. They explain the repair thoroughly, in the detail, answer any questions I throw at them. Cleaning the car inside and out a bonus too. Thanks again for your really friendly, top service. I hope I dont have to use you again though LOL

Cannot be happier with the service I received. My car was assessed on a Tuesday and fixed by Friday the following week. They had the car for 2 and a half days. Looks as good as new. Thanks everyone at Plaza Crash Repair.
