I should have read the reviews before purchase. Waited half a day for delivery. Driver not answering call or responded to text. No call from AEG regarding issue. Finally advised they have an IT problem and cannot confirm anything or ETA. Customer rep was friendly but had no work around solution or willing try. Cancelled my order as not worth the time and effort. I would give zero star.

The Electrolux support is atrocious. My AEG washing machine came back from the workshop with the same fault. No response from emailing. The online contact form has issues with special characters. The feedback link texted to me didn't. and the contact us Facebook link is broken. How does anyone tell them how bad their service is when every form of communication is broken! It's just the worst - AEG make a great product mind you.

Our experience with AEG customer service was truly awesome. We called the customer service about our broken AEG washing machine after 5pm, and a really helpful customer service rep (I believe her name was Donna) booked us in for the next day. She couldn't guarantee us the time but the technician came at 8:30AM the next day and fixed the machine within 10mins!! He even had the replacement parts in his car! Everything was so efficient - they had our warranty info on their database, they knew the exact model of our machine, and smooth repairs! A five-year warranty that they provide is really generous too - no complaints!

We have a damaged AEG/ Electrolux dishwasher and have been trying for 5 weeks to get it repaired. I have never seen worse customer service in my life. We waited 2 weeks for the first service call and the tech never turned up. The call center gave no explanation. Our second service call (2 weeks later) and the tech doesn't turn up again - no explanation given. They have given us a third booking time. Wow - whats happing with AEG/ Electrolux? Impossive to reach their customer service line (60 min wait time) and a Call Centre team that can't solve the problems. Never buy AEG again.

Terrible service! I can’t move in to my house because they have no stock of items I ordered a year ago and have been paid in full. The retailer sent me the wrong product and I now have a stove stop I can’t use sitting in my house as I await almost two weeks for a response to get it swapped over. They also forgot to send my rangehood in their last delivery. The AEG team over the phone seem to be very unsure how to support their clients, the account manager of the retail store HN hasn’t bothered to get back to me on the stovetop they want to charge me 25% for due to the retailers mistake and the cherry on the cake is that the complaints team don’t get back to you when you leave a message/ email. Don’t waste your money on AEG. I wish I bought SMEG.

Bought a washer and dryer from AEG through Harvey Norman, which was to include installation. What a horrible experience it has been. When the items were delivered, I was told that they were not able to perform the installation as it needed to be brought up a flight of stairs (I was not asked about the layout of my house when I bought the unit) and they needed a specialist team to attend to this. Fair enough, no issues with that but it has been close to two weeks and despite me calling them persistently to ask what is going on, there have been zero updates from them. And now when I request for a refund since I can't use either of these items, I am told that it could take two weeks. Avoid.

Very disappointed with their Cordless Tools support.I changed out all my Makita and Hitachi tools for AEG. They did me a great deal BUT never told me that you cant get Accessories and Parts. I have needed a sanding pad for both my cordless sander and multi tool and neither Bunnings nor TKD, the only suppliers here in WA, carry any accessories. They carry all the other brands' accessories but not AEG. So now I have wasted a few hours finding all this out and had to go out and buy other tools to be able to finish my jobs.Advice: DONT introduce something if you cant support it!NOTE: The local AEG Rep assured me that TKD in Belmont carry these accessories - they dont, and are embarrassed by it.

Never purchase AEG products.. spent so much money on dishwasher oven/ stove top and already experiencing problems with these new appliances. Office is unreliable and have to wait over two weeks for service for someone to come fix the dishwasher. Should have stuck to another brand like SMEG.

I purchased a dishwasher from this company via Harvey Norman in late 2021 for 1K and had it installed by a technician from AEG . I have only ever had ASKO dishwashers before and was talked into this AEG product by HN to my now regret.In late February 2022 I noticed a slow leak from the dishwasher that i could not stop. Damage was evident to the kitchen cupboard .I called AEG and advised them of the problem and the first available date was the 16/3/22. The only way I could stop the leak was to turn off the kitchen tap connectionEven though AEG advised that an incident report would be documented and that they would try and get someone out there sooner ,nothing happenedWhen the technician came he advised that it was a known faulty hose fitting and if the dishwasher wasn't fitted perfectly it would leakHe advised that he would complete an incident report so that the damaged to the cupboard could be repaired by AEG.Since this time i have made at least 6 calls all with the assurance from AEG that someone would call me back which never occursit is my belief that AEG think if they just ignore their customer that they will get sick of calling and just go awayI have never dealt with this company before and will never again

My under warranty dishwasher broke down. Called and was told I had to wait 2 weeks for a service. On the day of the service (After I had to take a day off of work) they cancelled and said the soonest reschedule will be in a further 3 weeks. What a joke, if you let some body down you fix the issue immediately, why do you even have a service centre, when you offer zero levels of service??? Avoid this jokers at all cost.
