Binah

I am a Building Manager where Binah are the builders. We currently have Chris King as the site supervisor working through defect rectification works. He is very thorough, communicates very well. He keeps our system updated with his progress notes, making my work easier which is always a plus! I also know lots of residents in the building have really appreciated his work the most, as he is really working through the defects and getting them rectified! He is a major asset to Binah for sure!

Binah has been an amazing Builder to work with. As a Project Sales Agent for a large Developer. I had the opportunity to work with the Team at Mile One - Kogarah and the result was outstanding.Zac the Site Manager was easy to work with and Atish Dass has been nothing but exceptional when it comes to fixing defects for my clients.Highly recommend Binah to any Developers who are looking for a good Builder.

Thanks Binah and specifically Chris King, for his integrity, professionalism and strict adherence to and excellent knowledge of industry standards. Chris carried out remedial flooring work, personally (when the contracted tradesmen refused to complete the work to industry standards). Chis completed the work swiftly and to a high standard. I would certainly recommend Binah.

Block of 7 year old townhouses falling apart, leaking, etc. Warranty repairs did not fix the problem and company is not fixing due to out of warranty. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic company to work with who live by their values, which is often not seen in business today. They are not only about the business but also all those that work within it. Keep up the great work Binah!

Two years ago my terrace was complete,as i live interstate i was not there to do the final inspection.On the 28/6/17 i had a call from my agent stating that the front door was jammed could not be opened,as it turned out i was on holidays at the time ,the door being very large dropped on the lock side causing the lock to jam against the striker (the door is very large and heavy too heav y for the frame)then the lock was forced and broke the center pin of which i took to a locksmith to repair,as it turned out new tennants moved in on that week end so this job had to be done urgently.I left my holiday to do the job,lucky im used to working ion locks and doors.On further inspection of the out side there is water damage under the balcony and in many other places the cladding is coming off the gaps are opening up, the grout where the tiles around the front door is very rough sloppy finish and a rushed finished, the cement finish is also very sloppy finish with large gaps and holes where it meets the expansion rubber , over all on the out side finishes are very sloppy not good quality at all,very disappointing.)

I’ve dealt with numerous people from Binah due to defects within our complex. Once Chris was allocated to our complex, defects began getting resolved within a timely and consistent manner. As I’m on the Strata Committee, I’ve been quite involved with the defects throughout the building, therefore, can say that Chris has been fantastic and we greatly appreciate him continuing to work on our Building and for assisting all Landlords, Owners and Tenants. Thank you Chris!

My properties had a very bad water leakage through the window. Thanks for Atish Dass from Client Care Center from BINAH. It was not an easy job. It took a while to fix it, as he has to organise different things to fix the window, the paining, the wall and the carpet. Atish was very patient and committed. He always started work early as I am full time working, he has to come my property before I left. Such a responsible staff. I am very happy and impressed by his service. Much appreciate his hard work.

Crish is very good person, polite and quick response for fix the problem, he is assets for Binah .
