Much more than just a coffee shop, if you’re after great service and a really fun atmosphere this is the place to go. Always friendly staff and they ll be sure to put a smile on your face for the rest of the day! The coffee is the best in town

Great open place and plenty of sun.Food is always on point.If you don't have a phone then forget about the menu.Need to have menus on the front counter and on tables.You would sell more food and drinks with customers being more relaxed about selections.Get back to old school and get some charm with a smile about the staff.

Great breakfast and lunch menu, with breakfast catering to both savoury and sweet palettes. Good smoothie, coffee, tea and Belgium hot chocolate options. Flavours of dishes and drinks are well balanced and delicious. Servings are sufficient and decently presented. If you're looking for huge serves at low prices, you may need to go elsewhere.There is no table service and the menu is available via QR code. Large outdoor seating area shaded by many umbrellas.There is off street parking nearby. On this occasion lively atmosphere was created using 80s music.A great place to drop in for a delicious meal or a refreshing drink and snack.

Expensive food and coffee price compare their Poor customer service and food& coffee quality. Wasn’t busy but no clean used table long time and not welcome customer. Very disappointed this cafe and won’t be visit again.Bad experience and Not recommend! Don’t waste your money . You can find heaps of better cafe in canberra.

Today, I had a delightful late breakfast/early lunch at Double Shot in Deakin with a colleague. Let me tell you, it was a great experience overall. I ordered a smoothie and opted for the granola, and I must say, both dishes hit the spot!The granola serving was generous, and the taste was spot on. It had the perfect balance of crunchiness and sweetness. Paired with the smoothie, it made for a satisfying and refreshing meal.In terms of price, it was reasonable. I didn't feel like I was breaking the bank, considering the quality and portion sizes. It's always nice when you can enjoy a delicious meal without having to worry too much about the bill.The service at Double Shot was good. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. It's always a plus when you feel well taken care of during your dining experience.Overall, I would definitely recommend Double Shot for a tasty brunch. The generous portions, delicious food, reasonable prices, and attentive service make it a great spot to enjoy a meal with colleagues or friends.

This place seriously rocks!I’ve been coming to Double Shot since I moved here about 18 months ago, with differing frequency. This cozy place became a quick favourite for Saturday brunch.I love the casual format, find a table, QR code for the menu (hygienic and environmentally friendly), order and pay. The staff are also always so friendly, and accommodating. Seriously, some of the best hospitality staff I’ve had the pleasure of being served by.The menu has some stable favourites, and there are always seasonal treats. There is also the very nice selection of pastries and slices in the front display.This morning I had their Shakshouka w/chorizo (definitely worth the up-charge). It was perfect for the frosty morning. I don’t normally like to take photos of food while out and about, but I decided today was the day I’d review this place. Look at it, just look at it!!I’ll continue coming here as often as I get the opportunity!

The food and drinks were unbelievable. Aesthetically pleasing. The pastries/dessert were a bit expensive.One of the staff wouldn’t let us look at the pastry option & order inside the cafe. Kept kicking us out because ‘it was too crowded’. There were hardly any customers standing in there. Seemed like an ocd thing for the staff..Frustrated us in an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Delicious food, great coffee and lovely sitting areas- both indoors and outdoors. In fact, we enjoyed our lunch so much, we came back the day after.
