I’m not one to name and shame but this one woman by the name of Erica, has served myself, my husband and my daughter at some point and her attitude is just disgusting! I think I would get better customer service calling centrelink! Great store and the other workers are GREAT, just not her. She needs to go!!!

Often you visit an EB and the staff are polite but also slightly jaded, they’re keen enough to do their job, process your sale and give you a smile and goodbye.The staff here however truly engage with you, they’re needs too, they love the stuff we love and will happily discuss the latest console, gadget game with the same obsessive focus we do.This is my new favourite EBGames.

Fantastic customer service! I’d already spent 20 mins calling around trying to find a game. So when I called this store and spoke to Ash I was so relieved to have his help, support, and friendly assistance! He recommended that I buy the game on click and collect, so it took about 3 mins to pick up!Thanks Ash, I really appreciate your help.

New in box doesn't mean anything to this business it seems. Go in to spend good money on a collectable the item is removed from the box! and stored out back. This should reduce the value instantly and also makes me wonder what has happened to the item while not in the box... like has someone used it? I asked for a d discount and was told a definate no!" Really not impressed... basically poor service and poor treatment of merchandise."

Great range of stock well displayed. Store always neat and easy to find what you want. Staff willing to go the extra distance to help you walk out of the store happy, especially Rachael, a staff member who clearly knows her product and clientele. I'll be back!
