Great experience, I've been coming to this salon for over 7 years .All staff are extremely friendly, the salons atmosphere is happy, friendly and relaxing. The treatment rooms are super quiet and relaxing. Donna is a master of her work. She never fails to get my hair right and even has 'in fashion' ideas, which she also pulls off brilliantly! Highly recommend the salon and all of the services provided!

Had the deep cleansing facial yesterday with Amy. Best thing I have done in a long time. For the first time in ages my nose and other areas feel clean and free of all the blackheads and other grime that continually clog them up. Won't hesiate to return. Great service, friendly people and great value.

I've been purchasing products interstate from Natalie at SMB&H for a few years now. She goes above and beyond to post my items ASAP (sometimes I'm sure she even does it on her day off) and always with a lovely note. Nat goes well and truly beyond what is expected time and time again. I only wish this salon were closer so I could come in for treatments!

Can't fault the professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff at Skin Mind Beauty and Hair who always ensure customer satisfaction and product knowledge. The staff go above and beyond to give their customers the best service each and every visit. Being able to receive my O Cosmedics via post has been a skin and lifesaver for myself when I can't make it to the salon in person. Nothing is ever a hassle and I'm always made to feel welcome. Disappointed by the hairdresser allocated to me. She was not smily, didn't really seems happy to be at work : made me feel uncomfortable.The job was done : trimmed my hair.She ask me twice if I'm happy with a blow dry, and I politely ask that I'd like my hair dried with a diffuser as my hair are curly. In response I had a lady came to me and ironically told me I was difficult, because they don't use those item enough in the salon to have one.It's surprising because there are nice comments on this company. Maybe I had a bad experience with a grumpy person..

I had the pleasure of dealing with this business recently, upon arrival I was greeted by the friendly staff. After the haircut I felt a beam of confidence, a skip in my step. I felt like a new man.The staff all well trained and display a high degree of customer service, they have a great sense of humour and talent to match. Safe to say I will definitely be back.

I've got super thick long big curly hair which I'd hacked during covid, it looked fine because my hair is so big but it wasn't. I booked in and was a little hesitant but I'm honestly, soo grateful for my hairdressers expertise and care. She was amazing! She was super competent and the cut and style I got is so functional for me, I LOVE my long hair this way! The studio is sweet, clean and everyone is professional. I've booked in for regular visits to maintain and keep me from hacking at it ever again! Thank you!!

I had such an amazing experience at this salon and would recommend it to anybody.Shannon was so friendly and really explained what direction she felt was best to go with my hair. Once she was done with my hair I was shocked and blown away by how neat it was, I am still amazed with it and will for sure without a doubt go back next time. I've had several compliments, more then Ive gotten any other time I have had my hair done.I also will add that they were running a bit behind (which is completely understandable, all salons do some days) but instead of just arriving at my appointed time and having to sit in a waiting chair for 30 minutes, like I have done in other salons, they actually had the decency to call me and let me know first. My appointment was pushed back very slightly and when I walked in I was tended to instantly. That is such a great example of great customer service.Its clear that Shannon has a passion for hair and actually enjoys what she does, because the end product was stunning. I loved that she didnt try to push me to buy products or extra add ons, there was no forced small talk and it all felt very natural.All these great reviews are well deserved. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family. Lovely place full of genuine, down to earth people.
