I have visited this place a couple of times, and I could say the service is very good, starting from the FOH. Personally, I have always had a different therapist but equally well-trained and professional, so I would recommend them.

The masseuse was too soft and unable to put pressure on my foot. I asked for a change politely and she got offended and the other male massage person showed all his power and proving me what pressure means. Oh my god! What a day I had. Now my leg and foot are in pain rather relaxed.

Wow. I was lucky enough to have had Luca , a Japanese lady as my therapist. I came in with intense headaches and neck pain, she was really great at her massage skills and after 30 mins my pain were all gone. She was very caring and asked all the right questions. I asked for ‘hard’ massage and I dare say she’s given me one of the best massages I’ve had in my life ( or at least in Brisbane!!)Sadly she will be leaving next week, but I will still head back and try the other therapists:) Thanks Luca!

Feng did an incredible job with my neck shoulder head massage. Very professional and I felt much better afterwards. Highly recommend visiting!

Amazing reflexology. Every time I’ve been here I walk out feeling so much better! Today was no exception - I went in after a rough day and came out so relaxed. The staff are exceptionally good and do everything they can to make sure it’s a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I was even treated to a heat pack for my neck and a blanket as it was a cold day. The reflexology is wonderful for sorting out misaligned walking patterns too.

Amazing massages and effective acupuncture. After a 25 hour flight, this was a heavenly hour spent with some really lovely professionals who know their Eastern medicines. Very relaxing. The acupuncture improved my insomnia bout for a few nights (which anyone with insomnia will realize is a well-worth return).

The woman who attempted to give the massage couldn't understand or speak English, she repeatedly asked 'is this ok?' every 30 seconds regardless of what I said. When I did speak, she raced out of the room to ask the owner to come in to communicate for her. I asked for remedial massage yet she used hot stones which burnt my skin and made me jump off the bed. The stones were rubbed up and down the sides of my neck and clanged together like symbols. When I told her to stop and only do remedial massage on my neck and back she got a scraping device and scratched down one side until I told her to stop. She then got the owner again and the whispered and laughed together in the room while I lay on the bed. By this time, only 15mins into the 'massage' I'd had enough and got up off the table to dress. I've had a lot of massages in my time and that was by far the worst and most unprofessional I've ever experienced. They agreed and refunded the cost.

I have been here a few times now and the staff have always been really good. Today I was treated by a practitioner named Wawa and she was incredible! It was apparent that she was well trained and very experienced. I'll definitely be going back again!
