Bupa Dental Mayfield

No one enjoys going to the dentist, but after my visit, i felt very comfortable, and very informed, the service was friendly, the practice is relaxing, friendly chat with reception that made me feel more comfortable before seeing the dentist, Highly recommend Bupa Dental Mayfield, this will be my regular place to visit for all my dental treatment.

Lovely experience!! Dentist were very informative and welcoming. Polite receptionists. Usually quite anxious going to the dentist but didn’t feel that here.

Great service from reception through the whole process (dental assistants & hygienist) to the dentist. Could not recommend more highly.

Will never return to this dentist. They tried to tell me I wasn't covered for a specific treatment when in fact I was, and a simple call to the HF would have confirmed it, but instead they told me to go sort it, I had to get two buses to the Bupa office for them to say there shouldn't have been any issue, wasted my time. Quoted full price instead of PHI amount. Didn't give me the clean and scale that I asked for. Receptionist aren't very welcoming. Weird vibe in the waiting room.

After a bit of a runaround elsewhere, my recent visit to Bupa Dental Mayfield for what I call major tooth repairs saw my issue handled and rectified absolutely professionally and all above expectations. The Dental Surgeon, Doctor Daniel G and his Assistant sat me down, explained the procedure and expected outcome and helped me relax and get through a fairly complex job. These guys were brilliant. I can't thank them enough. I even received a follow up phone call the next day, which shows how caring and proficient the staff are. I have NO hesitation whatsoever to highly recommend using this professional Dental Surgery.

The best Dental experience!Yesterday, I had my first Check up and Clean after a few years and I was quite impressed as the Clinic is very modern, high-end technology, good music playing and very friendly staff. You definitely feel welcomed and forget that you're at a Dental Practice.Helen the Hygienist, did an excellent job. My teeth are super clean and I didn't feel any sensitivity while she was cleaning as she's very gentle and kind.Dr. Andrews and his lovely assistant Bryan did the check up and explained me what's happening with my teeth in a very kind manner.Both clinicians educated me about oral health and the reasons why I need a certain treatment.It felt good being looked after by such a professional team, and I'll definitely be coming back.

I'm no stranger to dental care - braces twice, head gear, four dental surgeries, and invisiline. I wish I could have gotten that care at Bupa. So often dental providers barely bother to explain their treatments and it can feel like you're just the body attached to the problem. Bupa treats you as a person first and a patient second, and it is a well change to me. They did an excellent job fixing a cracked tooth and conducting a regular cleaning.Friendly staff and great work!

I have been to a number of different dentists over the years & this business is a real standout. The dentists & staff are very professional kind & welcoming. They make you feel at ease & go overboard to help you no matter how busy they are. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A really positive experience - quick and easy to book an appointment for the next day, the facilities are bright and welcoming, no attitude from the dentist, just positivity and clear explanation of what the process was and what future outcomes might be.

Finally I have found a practice that is understanding of my needs. My overall experience was flawless! From the kind and welcoming reception staff to the dental assistant and dentist. The dentist was extremely professional and thorough. He listened to my needs and explained everything in depth. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
