Mercer Lane Mosaics
My wife and I spent a weekend in Ingham trying to follow the footsteps of my father who was an Italian canecutter in the 1920s. Upon arriving we were fortunate enough to attend the Italian Festival and spend time with Karen and her family. We also got to meet Mario and Andrew who were featured in the SBS television program 'Where do you think you're from?' What an experience! They are so giving of their time and knowledge. Thanks to their hospitality our trip to Ingham was an experience that we will never forget. We would recommend a visit to everyone that ventures North.

Wow! What a unique and creative way to share the history of Ingham! Mercer Lane is Public art that serves as interpretation to better understand the culture! Brilliant!I love how the local community came together to create this which adds to the richness of the unique area.
