Carl shucking oysters at our wedding was a great experience for us and our guests. I say experience because Carl did more than shuck the most delicious fresh oysters. He shared his extensive knowledge and helped a number of nervous first timers in the art of eating oysters.The only reason I have given 4 stars is because communication to arrange was a bit difficult. Very glad I persevered though as it all worked out on the night and was certainly one of the highlights.

Chris came to my birthday party and was fantastic. He was friendly and informative and thoroughly entertained my guests.The oysters were absolutely delicious- couldn’t be fresher- a huge hit. I can’t recommended this highly enough.
