We were looking to get a passport photo for our 4 year old girl, the last thing we thought would happen is that she would refuse to take the photo. We took her to 3 or 4 photo places (Aus post etc) over a period of a few weeks but had no success. We were at our wits end with time running out.We contacted Stephen and arranged a weekend session at his studio. He met us in the car park and explained exactly what his method was. It was all very clear. Having said that, with our stubborn daughter it took about 2 hours (with breaks to look at local Koalas and baby birds) to get that one good shot. Stephen and his partner were very open about how they were adjusting their approach based on how our daughter was reacting and were always letting us know that progress was being made, even if it did not seem so to us. They were immensely patient while working towards helping our daughter get that one good shot.Without Stephen we would not be able to take our trip to China in October. Thanks!
