Took service to adjust smart lock , ruined my external door by grinding from edges where it was not even required and installed plate on top of it to cover up quickly. Then installed a simple latch lock totally wrong orientation , had to again ring to get it fitted right way over the phone myself. Can't believe he calls himself locksmith. Stay Away
