Horrible. They were kind enough. But so rough with my nails. I am bleeding under my acrylics, they are uneven and there are clumps of gel nail polish.Not happy. Poor job for $45. My 7 year old sister's nails could have probably been done better by herself.I do not recommend.

We arrived this morning to a busy salon. The lady who spoke to me looked less than impressed that I was asking to have my 4 year olds nails done - despite me telling her I was happy to pay. She wanted a spa manicure. She said they were busy and to sit and wait - which we did. I said I would come back but she said no it’s ok. After 5 mins she called us over and said the spa wasnt available. She painted my daughters nails and told me to wait for it to dry. 20 mins later she told me your done. (After another lady came in with her two daughters and she put her in the spa chair).I asked her for another coat - she refused because your daughters nails are too small. I asked her to please paint another coat. She again refused. Then requested $10 cash for her service. What a joke.

Attended to get some gender reveal nails done.They completed the nails and I was compl Satisfied but we’re good enough to get my by for the event.Two days later one nail completely fell off and the others had chipped the polish off.I went back in and they informed me it’s because of what I’ve done. I tried to get the same colour as last time (took a photo of my colours) and they told me I wasn’t aloud to get the same because I was working my nails had faded and gone all dull. Two days of wear? I’m currently on holidays aswell so not working.Once finally Completed I wasn’t satisfied and explained I’d like my nails fixed as there was still additional acrylic left balled under my nail. I also informed them the nail put on was way to big and was in fact on my skin on both sides. They proceeded to tell me “you have a big finger that’s why you need a big nail”. They then tried to charge me to get my nails repaired when indeed I wasn’t at fault and it was execution the first time.I’ve been getting my nails done by the same salons for awhile now and since on holidays in another state got them done for a special event. Can easily say I’m disappointed in the service and the attitude there.I don’t recommend unless you’d like to be ripped off, spoken about then charged when they stuff up.

AVOID!!!!!The worst experience. I had shellac removed and new coating put on. They drilled a lot and left all bumps in my nail. They didnt file my nails and went straight to polish. I said “you’ve left bumps in my nails and you havent taken all the dark varnish off” but she continued.Once finished i told her how bad they were and she started taking it all off and started again.Bumps were a little smoother but still there, varnish strokes you can see, bits missed out, varnish on skin. I just wanted to pay and escape!!!I will now be going back to my regular place as this was shocking and my 8 year old could have painted me nails better

Went in for a pedicure and manicure. Couldn’t believe how disgusting the place was. The utensils looked unsanitary as well as everything else. They were so rude and just left me sitting there while they went into the back room and ate their lunch while I could see them behind the curtain. The price was way to expensive. So moral of the story I will never go there again and I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Honeslty the worst nail shop I've ever been to.I swore I'd never go back there after last time they were rude and did such a bad job but I thought I may have a better experience today. Well wasn't I wrong! I went in for a shellac manicure and when they were done I realised all the sides of my nails hadn't been painted so I politely asked of that could be fixed. They just said sit down and the lady fixed one finger and she was done and I said there's others aswell, she then did just one more finger and by that point I was done so I left the others and paid (which I shouldn't had but whatever). On closer inspection there is nail polished all over my fingers and all up the sides of the fingers she fixed.Overall do annoyed and angry. They are expensive, inexperienced and rude.

Do NOT go here.I brought my daughter here for her formal toenails and they look terrible!! We are really disappointed and quite angry. They are all very uneven in both length and shape and they have managed to cut her toe quite badly. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Disgusting job.*Edit* My daughter now has a bad infection in toe toes from them cutting her and needed an antibiotic this morning. I am now really quite angry. Clearly very poor hygiene &/or sterilization of their equipment. We also had to redo her nails our selves last night as the shellac was peeling off.

I do not normally write reviews but I feel like I needed to inform this shop’s customers on the lack of hygiene I witnessed. I got a pedicure on Saturday and the lady sitting next to me had toe nail fungal infections her nails were black and the staff still used all there equipment on this lady. They used the same buffer and file on another client. They then painted her nails with the same nail polish brush they used to do the client with the fungal infection. I’m not sure what their guidelines are for this kind of situation. Surely they should have refused to do this clients nails.
