Went to get an rwc and they said I needed a new steering rack and said they’d find a second hand one and put it in and charged $200+ for it. only for me to find out a year later, when I was checking my car before I took it to get another rwc, at another place, that they didn’t even change it. I knew because it had the same rip in the boot. so I had to pay to get it replaced again.
