Little Kite Photography

We have used Michelle at Little Kite for five different photo sessions! We loved our first newborn/fresh 48 session that we went back for a maternity/family shoot and another newborn session when our second child was born. It’s so nice to have consistent photos with a similar style displayed in our house.Michelle is so lovely to work with. She immediately makes you feel comfortable which is exactly what you need when you’ve got a husband who doesn’t like getting his photo taken and difficult toddlers. She manages to get stunning photos with them all smiling and looking natural.We used Michelle again for an extended family session with a lot of adults and young children. She catered to our needs and lots of combinations of photos. We love them so much and not only treasure the photos but the special time we all had during our session. Michelle was awesome from the first contact to the last. She was prompt with replies, we had did a family shoot and she was great with my toddler and tried everything to try and get her to laugh or smile. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable shoot. I highly recommend and will use her services again in the future.

We had a wonderful family maternity shoot with Michelle. It was early in the morning at the beach. Our young son warmed up to her so quickly which made for beautiful photos of him. It felt like we had known Michelle for ages. It was a great way to celebrate our family of three growing into a family of four.She gave great direction and captured each of us and the outdoors beautifully!As we weren't from the area, she gave us some great suggestions of what to do with a toddler before we drove home. He slept the whole drive home!

We had a lovely experience.Michelle is so thoughtful and accommodating, she understands what it’s like to be a mum and trying to schedule around pregnancy and a new baby. She went the extra mile and came to the hospital for us.The photos we got were beautiful. The prints are really high quality and very good value when you use one of the packages.Would highly recommend her, even if the idea of having photos done might feel “awkward” or “cheesy”, she makes you feel so comfortable and the end result speaks for itself. Even our puppy felt comfortable to pose for her!

Michelle is incredible!!! We recently had our first session with Michelle and I can’t wait to book in the next one! Whilst Michelle is based in Newcastle, she often has availability in Sydney. She scouted out a gorgeous location in Rozelle for us and despite having a tired baby to photograph as well as having a random, wet dog pounce on her mid-shot, Michelle captured the most beautiful family photos that we will cherish forever. We did our newborn photoshoot with Little Kite and Michelle is incredible. She made us feel so comfortable from the first moment we met her. Nothing was an issue; she was so accomodating and understanding of the chaos of having a newborn. The final photos were so wonderfully special and we will cherish them for a very long time.
