horrible people working there. came into get a police check done and they dont know how to do it.. useless , un professional people working there.. never will visit again in this useless post office.

If there’s a zero star I would definitely choose it. The ladies there are so rude. I went to get my passport application and they refused as I need an appointment! There was no one in the line and I told them I don’t have time I took 1 hour off from work to just come here and then you tell me I need appointment. Well I understand that I need an appointment but you should understand me when I tell you I took time off to come here and you don’t hve anyone waiting there for thier APPOINTMENT!!! So rude and bad customer service I definitely will never go there again. These people need training for their customer service before they hire them to work there

Bit of a queue, but it was around 1pm so not unexpected. The lady who helped me was really friendly and processed my return quickly. She was even able to scan my digital return label and print out a physical one for me.Surprised to see so many negative reviews, although most seen to be people who didn't make appointments for passports/documentation and just showed up.I found them quite efficient and helpful, and saw them going out of their way to help a number of other people with odd requests or questions.

2 staff on and the 2 lines are full, one passports one general. General line is outside and growing. What the hell!! Even if 2 general staff were on its not enough freaking stupid Put more staff on!!! Every time the wait is long regardless of the time you go. This is just ridiculous! At cafe Léluner having a coffee waiting for it to shrink a little. Very poor management!

FURIOS! courier didn’t leave my parcel on the 24th like instructed and left a note to be picked up the following day from epping post office! The 25th the note states, I get to the post office on the 25th to find out the staff there have already returned it to the sender an house earlier after it being there for under 24 hours and I have it noted on the tracking system that they’ve stated that it sat for 10 days uncollected!!!! When I go in they try to make excuses and say maybe it was because the address was wrong!! Someone tell me how the address is wrong when I’m holding the card that was left at my house! Then they tell me to wait because the courier hasn’t left yet and hopefully he can find it in his van (which they know it’s in there because they’ve authorised it in the hour previously to be returned ) would actually appreciate the staff just be honest and say yes we shouldn’t have returned it to the sender when it has only just arrived under 24 hours ago instead of holding it for 10 days like they are supposed to do it. But rather they try and lie there way out of it and make excuses that make absolutely no sense! They call this customer service. How about leave your industry if your not competent enough to follow a simple instruction of holding something for 10 days.

I went to Epping plaza post office to have my kids passport photos on Saturday, there were two lines and asked which line I should stand in for taking the photos and she answered either line.I waited with my baby and my kids to reach the top of the line, the girl turned us back and said this will take long time with the kid, you have to go to the other line and wait again? I t old her you had taken two other people who were standing in our line she said we shouldnt have taken them but we did take their photos, she discriminated us because we were scarfed and we had “KIDS”.

Staff are terribly slow. Sorry to be mean but definitely need some younger blood. Staff talk too much.

They are so slow. Taking so many breaks. Not recommended you better off drive 15 mins than wait 30 mins

Its been absolutely amazing experience I have had recently. The lady went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with my parcel. Also on a prior occasion I have had passport photo taken for my 3 month old baby. Which was perfect. All it takes is a smile and a good will gesture.

This post office doesn't even deserve one star. I've picked up parcels for work several times and was never questioned. I went today to pick up a parcel and was asked for ID. I told the lady It's a business address. She asked if I had anything to link me to the business which I didn't. I didn't think of getting an authorization from the owner because it was never a problem.When i tried to tell her that she became rude. Most of the reviews here are negative and mostly about the bad customer service. Why has nothing been done about it? If a customer has an issue address it politely. I always deal with mill park post office and they're all wonderful. I only come to Epping because of work. This lady was absolutely horrible. I hope she knows that her treatment can ruin someone's day.
