All very helpful staff and Doctors and Nurses wonderful

Excellent service and communication despite being extremely busy.. Bella and Stacey on reception were very helpful and courteous. The duty doctor was thorough and caring.

Unsure how this practice Is still going with the amount of complaints and poor treatment. How is this victor harbor main doctor. Would happily move towns to avoid this doctor surgery if it was possible in these times but this is what we are stuck with.

This is the most poorly managed medical centre I’ve ever experienced. Every time you phone you have to wait 40mins. The reception and nurses are often very rude and unempathetic both in the phone and in person. Anything you ask is always too difficult for them and every single thing is unbelievably complicated to book in. They are extremely unhelpful every single time. And it all seems to stem from very poor management.

Excellent service.Relative lack of bulk billing is an indictment of successive federal government funding caps and gaps are now essential for GPs to provide a quality service. This is a fact, not opinion.

This place is in it FOR THE MONEY and nothing else. Just read all the countless 0-star reviews on here. I'd give this a minus 10 if I could.My entire life I have never been treated more disrespectful and condescending. The people working here (doc and admin staff alike) present like primary school teachers talking to little kids. Their lack of basic manners, ability, education, ethics and moral appears compensated by nothing more than overblown egos and unjustified confidence. No ability to evaluate and de-escalate an emergency situation. Their self-righteousness, immaturity and incompetency makes them outright dangerous. I will never go back there.

Traveller in need of a doctors advice. Reception very helpful. Appointment for after hours duty doctor… it was clearly explained if there were more urgent cases I would have to wait. I did have to wait but was seen within the hour. Dr Sam was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. My experience was very good.

Lacking compassion, very judgemental and only in it for the money. If you haven't had an appointment in the last year u r not sick enough so they won't see u. Stands to reason- clinics make more money through repeat customers. Dont think they know what the Hippocratic Oath really means.

I moved to Victor a couple of years ago and contacted this surgery to become a patient. There was a waiting period as I expected but I have been happy enough with my GP and the admin staff too. My consults are usually only for repeat scripts so I take the telehealth option whenever possible. If I need to see someone urgently I will see any GP who is available which I am fine with...no doctor can be available all the time!

Verging on negligent. Doctor Hancock seems not to care and shows no logic in her practice. When it comes to dementia for a family member it appears she did nothing but charge for a long consultation. The practice has taken no responsibility for my sisters care for several years. No records uploaded. No follow up and no responsibility. I have now left 3 messages for Dr griesley to call me and it’s urgent. No response, I thought he might be better. Don’t go there. It’s better to travel to Adelaide than risk your health with this practice.
