Ordered six nuggets; three were hot and freshly cooked; the other four(they gave me seven) wer dry and only warm. I think the warm ones had been re-heated.

Very rude manger she is disrespectful and speaks rude to complaints they denie stuff up the order. I could be nasty and take it to the department of food authority but not worth the paperwork

It was horrible experience, I would give ZERO star if I could. On holiday at Beteau Bay, ordered the chicken from Koisk Machine on 25 Jan 6:30pm, paid $49.95 for my order and the machine is keeping showing to retry. Couldn’t get the order number. The staff told me, it happened many times, the order send to Sydney, (showed on my bank statment KFC Winston Hills). I will get refund in the next couple of minutes, or Max 3 days. The staff behind counter can’t help at all. Actually they are unwilling to help, pretty much tell me to go away now, it is not her problem. It’s head office problems. Have to go to get Vulcan Charcoal Chicken for dinner instead, by the way the Chicken taste much better than KFC. 6 days later, still have not received any refund. I have to open a dispute with my own bank about it.Please DO NOT Believe the staff at KFC, when KFC Bateau Bay Staff tell you the money will be refund to you within 3 days. It will not.

We bought a family feast this evening.Original chicken is not freshly made, in fact, they are all overnight leftovers. So the chicken made are as hard as rocks. The worse kfc i've ever had.What a waste of our money. If can post the photos i will let all know. Please let me know, why.?

Waiting for 25 - 30 minutes for a $17 Family Box today. They were rude and ridiculous. I finally had to walk up to the stupid girls and tell them to check our order and where is it?They couldn't answer me. Never go back and never tell me to go again!This is not the 1st time either.I am disappointed with the Management of all the stores on the Central Coast NSW which apparently cannot supply enough chicken to customers especially at lunch and dinner times. Fix your business KFC.
