Was served today by a nice young Man named Tyler, he repaired my car key auto lock with great ease, he was so knowledgeable & polite, i would easily recommend his service to anyone that is in need of any repair work.

Aggressive, upselling attitude. Does not listen to his customers, too busy being condescending, trying to talk them into paying $200 for extra services not actually requested or required. Luckily my husband new better, went elsewhere and had our problem solved for $30.

I ran into midland gate at 5-05 on the 6th February 2023, the key man was locking up to leave for the day, he turned and saw the look of disappointment on my face and asked my what I wanted. I replied a key fob battery , he reopened the kiosk and put a new battery in for me and tested my fob. He was so pleasant and helpful. 10/10 recommend them .

These guys went above and beyond to help me. Right from the start there was issues with my car key and without the 10 star service there was no way i woukd have been driving away today. Would 100% without a doubt recommend these guys for anything relating to keys, shoes etc. You guys saved me today and i cannot express my gratitude enough xx

Above and beyond customer service on 8/12/21Advised me where to get my shoes repaired as he didn't have leather to resin glue. Because of this, it will always be the first place i go for any of the services they provide.
