Absolutely appalling service Paul needs to find a new profession or needs to retire because it’s clear your time is done in this industry. I literally had a 2 minute conversation with him, for the first time, not knowing him from Adam, he was meant to be fixing a ongoing issue with leaks and pipes at my place of business in Bentleigh East. Instead he was extremely passive aggressive, not helpful, kept cutting me short on the phone and outright disrespectful. I feel sorry for you having such a rotten attitude to your job your lack of respect for other people, just shows your lack of respect for yourself as a person. Shame on you and how you thought you could speak to me today on the phone. Don’t ever contact me again you unprofessional, bitter, joke of a human.

I have been a teenant with DB Realty since 2015 (6yrs) The rental application process was straight forward, processed quickly and I was informed on every step along the way. Trent and Liana are always polite, contactable and approachable.I have found them attentive and responsive to Tenants requests. Work orders are responded to swiftly, all communication is responded to in a timely manner. Fantastic property managers. Highly recommended.

During these unusual times I’ve found DB Reality to be responsive to reasonable requests and Paul the owner has at times taken it soon himself to come on site to remedy issues as trades have been hard to get . As a first time owner dealing with tenant, building, and other owner issues his experience and support has got me through. I would recommend DB to any first time owner
