I was in store couple days ago, when I saw a young gentleman do a delivery from fedex. And he walked in with a spring in his step and greeted himself by saying hello darl how are you today I have a package for you from tnt and the older lady behind the counter turned around and look him dead in the eye and said here's some advice don't bloody call everyone darl which he replied I'm so sorry and she continue to talk down to him. I'll never be back after witnessing this. Considering this came from a fellow in his early 20s and she is the best side of 60. Appalling attitude from staff.
