Great customer service for all computer needs and electronic toys

Rude receptionist. IT bloke shows up when he feels like it. Business does not offer scheduling; you just have to drop your computer off and cross your fingers on which day it done even for a 2-minute job. Does not offer flexibility for customers.Had a lot of issues with the receptionist not knowing prices, telling me to plan it in then for said day, then on said day it could be done any time over a period of a day, when I needed the computer for working from home for a 2-minute job. Receptionist hung up on me, when asked why can't they just plan in a set time? Don’t recommend this business.I believe in supporting small business. But not business with bad practices and poor customer support.

Been dealing with AP for a long time now more than 10 years and happily so. Service is personal and he goes the extra mile for his clients. He won't do quick and nasty. ALWAYS ready to back up service with good advice. A rare commodity.......Honesty, Quality and proven Endurance. Have seen some negative reviews.....Expensive...well we live in downtown whoop whoopsviville..what else do you expect. Things cost more out here. He's not Chinese and we don't have a population base. Rude....happens on bad days and everyone has them especially when customers are rude.
