Highly recommend. We had an emergency situation where our dog ate a spicy fly and had a severe allergic reactionThey took her through for treatment the second we walked through the door and kept us updated throughout the two hours she was in treatment. We also took our pup there for puppy school and learnt a lot of helpful tips and tricks.

Rang Vet, Tiffaney was super helpful and emailed the certificates with minutes. can not thank her enough as she got us out of a jam. See you in July for more vaccinations. Highly recommend all staff at this clinic - all very helpful !

This Veterinary Hospital is the best and most caring Vets we have ever been to. Our 16 year old dog was nearing the end of his life so we made the difficult decision to put him to sleep. We rang up and in the morning to make an appointment and was fitted in that same morning. Cassie and Dr Dawson where so caring and patient and so lovely, they made the whole experience a little less difficult and gave our loved boy a dignified, loving and peaceful goodbye. I will be forever grateful for the care they showed.

I called early today (Sunday) on a long weekend with little hope of getting an appointment. The team managed to fit me in and we headed down for the first time with Fancy, my cat. The team was amazing and we were seen really quickly. Excellent facilities, great vets and nurses, good knowledge and kindness. Thank you!

My dog spent 3 nights in Challenger Vet following a bad case of pancreatitis and the standard of care from the nurses and vets was outstanding. They made sure she was kept warm and comfortable with really good pain relief for her sore and I was able to come and visit her at anytime and everyone made me feel at ease and welcome. Thanks for taking such good care of her.

Challenger Vet Hospital went above and beyond for my dog, Banjo in his recent surgery. The communication was constantly there and their customer service was faultless. The vets and nurses are extremely thorough in their approach to their work. Every staff member presented themselves in a caring and friendly manner and the ladies on the front desk were extremely welcoming. I will definitely be transferring all of my dogs needs over to this vet from our previous local one. Being open 7 days a week makes it a great help and also no extra charge for weekend appointment. Thank you challenger vet for all that you do for our animals.

I took my cat in to find out why he is not gaining weight even though he eats a lot.In my previous appointment the plan was to do an U/S. I held off to see if the antibiotics and other things helped.Unfortunately they haven't so i went for the U/S.Of course they wanted to do bloods but i said after the scan to see if there is anything sinister. There was nothing so they proceeded to do that saying they should find something. After that and $1100 for just a scan and bloods which is so expensive they said to put him on a drip with potassium.$1400 later and no diagnosis for a scan, bloods and a drip with potassium.I worked in a vet previously and the costs are so high compared to then.I have also worked in standard medicine and it isn't that high in cost especially when everything is done in house.I called the veterinary board and they said every place can charge as they like. They are meant to care but they use your love for your animal to gain money. Many people do not take sick animals to the vet because of the cost.Daylight robbery, animals can't get the care they need because it is so overpriced.Vets and nurses are nice but the fees charged are just too much. When you're already worried about your pet, the bank account is the last thing you need to think about as well. It isn't only this practice but seems to be happening everywhere. Not sure how you're expected to carry such high costs.

Amazing staff and excellent animal care. Have been bringing my dog here for 5 years and couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately we are moving and have to find a new Vet but just wanted to say thanks and keep up the great work.
