Lauren has been the most amazing discovery of this year and I am so happy I’ve met her! Brilliant hair colour, better cuts for me and my daughter than we’ve had in years in expensive Subi salons, and overall an amazing friendly experience. Thank you Lauren, we love you!

I have been using top end" hairdressers for 30 years and have recently changed to Lauren @ Alpha & Omega. I can honestly say my hair has never been better and I wish I made the change sooner. Lauren listens to all of your concerns and always takes the time to ensure that you are happy when you walk out. I get comments on my hair every day

Absolutely love how Lauren does my hair. When I first started seeing her I was blonde, and was very nervous that my hair would look brassy. The colour was always so clean and crisp. She gave me the confidence to change to copper, something I have wanted for ages. She has done an amazing job. Lauren listens and adjusts based on my request without any ego. I thought going to a home salon would be strange, but it’s more relaxing for me than going on a shopping centre, or busy salon. She is also very quick and well priced. Really glad I found her.

Left bleach on hair for 2 hours, wrecked my hair to the point it’s all snapped off at the crown, still to this day I’m dealing with the damage and getting it back to its healthy self again.. proves that years of “experience” can mean nothing. Highly unprofessional. Not worth the stress.
