made an appointment yesterday for today . Get to the store to only get notified that the hairdresser is sick.... No call or text to notify me that my appointment was canceled. Then the owner had the guts to say that his staff or himself didn't get around to it.. Great customer service ... NOT!!Will not go back!Highly recommend the Melbourne Central Store! More staff and friendly service!QV doesn't deserve any stars but since its a must for the review they will get one star.

I have the best experience ever in a hair salon!!!I went to Hair House to fix the color of my hair and everything was perfect!!! Venice is the best!!!!!!!!!!! She was very professional and has a lot of knowledge about hair and color, she was very honest with my request giving me advice on what color with suit my hair better without any damage! She consider my request but also was resposible with my hair!! The result was amazing, my hair looks perfectly nice, the color is perfect and what I asked.She told me also what treatments would be ideal for my hair and gave me lots of advice.I enjoyed so much talking with her!! and the results of course!!100% recommend Hair House!!!

I just got the worst customer service ever! I came for a fringe cut and Arin refused to do a connection with the rest of my hair so the haircut won’t look disconnected, this cut is basic and I can easily do it at home!!! But she said I don’t have time to measure your hair and do this!!! Although I have a booking and she should expect this!! She didn’t even care or apologize after I told her to cancel my appointment!!I also tried to raise a complaint to one of the staff and they didn’t care as well ! Unfortunately, they lost a costumer! I used to cut my hair and my kids hair there, but never again!Spare your time people and choose a hairdresser who are more polite and with better customer service skills!

Sienna was so good in helping to get the look that I wanted to suit my face shape and needs. And she made it stylish as well so that it would be easily managed. She picked out the right colour for my skin tone and suited my fashion style! I've been going back every month to do my regrowths and hair cuts. Working in the talent industry requires a consistent cut, and I trust Sienna to do my hair. She helps my children cut their hair too.She is usually fully booked, so be quick to book her in advanced. :)

I regularly get my haircut here by Lexy and have always left extremely satisfied. The staff here are also very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell in the store. Would highly recommend paying a visit for any hair needs.

I had an exceptional experience when I dealt with Sonny this afternoon. I popped in hoping to get some assistance in finding a new product to use for my new style. Sonny took the time to understand what I was looking to achieve and once he felt like he identified what would work, he sat me down to trial it, explain how to use the product and make sure I was happy. I made the purchase and will be back to get all my hair supplies from this store in the future purely based on this experience. Thank you Sonny!

Lexi looked after me, for a much-needed hairstyle and moisturising treatment. Cut from shoulder length to a pixie cut, slightly longer on top. Very happy. Now my hair will be easier to manage. Value for money. And Lexi's friendly banter made the time fly.
