This is worst place ever, unprofessional lady, very rude, racist. First of all, Australia is multicultural and diverse society and we live in modern world to help each other. We went to fill up petrol before closing time around 8:32 pm and she literally refused and she told that we closed and online it was showing me 9:00 pm closing time. In addition, literally unprofessional staff I would say I never seen any other fuel station like this, please I would suggest everyone to go other fuel station and never rely on this unprofessional service and disgusting attitude. Furthermore, zero star and rude customer service, this type of behaviour can not be tolerated in customer service industry cheers

The gas station passing by during the trip, the very rude waitress, why can't you be kind to the customers?

Always a good place for a fuel stop - open until late, friendly welcome and well stocked shop.

Very well stocked for a quick snack. Fuel reasonably priced

On Sunday, We went around 8:35 p.m. to fill up the gas but the store was closed before time and the rude lady refused to help. Because we were on old Geelong road and came from Warrnambool there were no petrol station on the road where we came from on Hamilton Highway and there was barely petrol to even reach to Geelong. The owner or staff refused to help even though we went before closing time.Worst petrol station. Never ever had this poor experience in any stations especially on countryside's.

I love the servo here living in the town, however, the owners NEED to update the stores phone number....incredibly frustrating having to drive all the way down to check for an item when the friendly staff have to explain how the owners still have not updated it.

If you’re a fan of food I’d recommending choosing any other place but this one. Also can’t use bathrooms.

I could give less but thats the lowest ..closed earlier then it says we were completely out of fuel at 8:30 pm and no help from the lady.. one gentlemen helped us heaps we’re grateful of him..
