I have known James Carmody the founder of Creative Compass for 12 months now meeting up with him where he is a volunteer organiser educator & speaker at a free community-based program aimed at educating people on the internet. These meetings are sponsored by the creators of WordPress (A program that creates websites or a Content Management System). The fact that he was sharing his knowledge on WordPress and SEO in the Sydney Meetup group gave me the confidence I needed to recently start using his services on my own company.I used other agencies before only to be let down. The language & techniques that is used in the realms of SEO & web page building ( two closely related subjects) are very foreign but James takes the time to explain things in laymans terms.Creative Compass is also involved with helping promote the industry & mix & educate other leaders in the industry with helping organise a yearly exhibition in most major cities known as WordCamp where all the latest strategies & trends get discussed.Since I have known James and his team and started using them for my business website they have done a great job at cleaning up the mess from the other agencies and have put my site on the right track. I feel confident going forward that their technique’s & strategies used are the correct ones.
