After ordering online multiple times, without any issues. We ventured the hour drive each way today which was well worth our time! We were greeted by lovely people, offered specific advice for possible changes/additives to a sensitive diet.As we attended at the end of the day whilst they were doing end of day cleaning I can say they keep their prep to human grade standards. Complete confidence in never wanting to shop elsewhere!

I’ve been coming here for 18 months as it was recommended by my pups breeder. The staff here are amazing, always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Their products are also amazing! I’ve recommended them to family, friends & colleagues who now also use their products & rave about the improvements to their pets health as a result. Love this place!!

I drive 2+ hours every month down to Brisbane to buy bulk for my 4 dogs. The guys are super helpful, always help me load up the esky’s and lift them into the car, I never have to ask for help. On one occasion, due to poor traffic I was running late and was expecting to arrive just as they were due to close. I called to let them know, they very kindly stayed until I got there and could collect my order. Excellent service and a great product, my 4 dogs are super healthy.

Place is great if your after raw meat staff are helpful but as we are ones that kibble feed and use a little raw meat to make it more enjoyable for our boy. I believe the staff there are raw fed enthusiasts and not kibble but each to there own.Prices are great we were advised by our breeder of this place.It would be better to order ahead to get what you after. Thankyou

The food is amazing and my dog absolutely loves it. However, every single time I have been in store the girls at the counter there mumble their way around and can barely hear them. Have not once recieved a hi" or "thanks or goodbye" it's honestly a joke how some of these staff continue to have jobs here. It's a shame that such amazing products are represented with abysmal customer service.I have spoken to two gentleman however

Always order raw food for my dogs. First time using this company and will be the last. Complete order wasn't delivered the first time. Website is misleading regarding how the meat is not cut into manageable sizes for my dogs so I have to now cut it all to similar sizes as pictured on their website. No care in packaging, just thrown in a cardboard box that isn't isolated. Blood soaking through all packaging and dripping everywhere. I had to repackaged the meat myself so I could place it in my fridge so I wouldn't leak. Sent an email expressing my concerns and thought I'd get a reply. Only reason I'm leaving a review is because they never replied back. I'll go back using my other supplier now.

Used naturally raw a few time and the pet food was good. But the staff on the other had are completely useless, I put an order in to be picked up a few days before the pick up date. I was told they would message me when it was ready and no message, so I called and was told that the order was ready drove 40 minutes for the girl that took my order on the phone and told the order was ready on the phone that only half the order was ready when I arrived and then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know when my order will be ready. ( this staff member was rude, rolling her eyes and had no idea on how to communicate)Naturally raw you might want to up skill you’re staff on customer service or hire staff that actually do a very simple job.

Cannot fault them - service is always great, products are excellent. If you have any questions the staff are more than willing to answer them and help out where they can. I think I've been in store maybe 4 times and the staff remember me already and always ask how the floof is going. I personally find it best to order online for what we need as some items aren't in store if you just drop in (we live Brisbane southside), but that makes it more convenient for us. They do have another store in Durack and delivery options available, we just enjoy the drive out there. There's also a stunning dog park/walking track about 5 minutes down the road.

Lady behind counter (manager) absolutely rude, not helpful, didn’t have a clue what she was doing, as soon as I entered she just had this foul look on her face, not approachable at all!Should probably look at finding another manager, as I certainly won’t be served by her again I’ll be asking for the other staff!
