Jim's I.T South Brisbane

I phoned a couple of weeks ago in a bit of a frazzled state, after my PC (laptop) gave me the dreaded 'blue screen of death', and I had exhausted all DIY troubleshooting I could to fix it myself (but to no avail). I had received a number of quotes locally, all were exactly the same amount for a one hour assessment. However, what set Jim's IT (South Brisbane) apart was the immediate call back and eagerness to help on the phone - it wasn't just a quote, it was a discussion and a positive attitude to 'let's get on it and get it fixed for you'. I was very upset initially on the phone as I am unemployed currently so the prospect of a costly repair / restore was giving me very high stress!!! I was assured that everything would be done to fix the problem, without any unnecessary charges. The IT specialist (Salah) was responsive, supportive, friendly and positive. He came to my house as soon as possible for him, explained what he would do in clear terms (without IT speak, but simultaneously without condescension). I was able to sit with him to observe and ask questions. Each step of the way, I was assured by his friendly and comfortable demeanour that we would get the problem fixed. I won't go into specifics about cost or services, but I will say that I was able to breathe a huge sigh of relief with the result. If you go with these guys, and live in Brisbane, I can only imagine you will also be pleased with Salah's service - with both the repair work, and the excellent customer service. Thank you!!!
