Very professional and amazing customer service, communication, very kind and accommodating. Phoenix made the whole process very easy and accommodating to our needs, excellent communication throughout the whole process. Throughout the entire leasing year, the communication was a pleasure and most importantly, efficient and problem solving. I’ve had couple of times having issues with the apartment maintenance issues, and Mason was really patient and friendly helping me to coordinate and liaise different parties to solve them.
