Brokers who only care about taking your money. We got told we had insurance for something we did not. and once needed to claim it has been going on for months, it is quicker to call the insurance company directly and wait in line to get an answer then wait weeks for Dane to contact you back. would not recommend and cannot wait for this claim to be finished so we can change providers.

I have been with Steadfast since about 2011 and never looked back.They saved me 30% off my NRMA prices and they always help me when I am too busy to file a claim, they do it for me.My rep is always on the ball and is very responvive to me email requests whenever I need to add or remove a driver from my fleet.I would have no hesitation is recommending them to anyone who wants to save on insurance cost and also get good service at the same time.
