Surat Basin Real Estate have been our property managers for a few years now. We are very pleased with their professional service and helpful and friendly manner. We would recommend the agency. Our property is well managed.

At this time can’t say anything good about them. I have applied over 20 times for places throw Surat basin Real Estate and there leasing agents continuously lie about my Application’s. even have the audacity to say they have called my references and say they where no good even though they have never made any attempt to contact them

We have rented through Surat Basin a few times over the years and find them very good to deal with. All the staff from the front desk right through to Management are friendly and very professional. I recently had an experience regarding trees surrounding a block of units that I own and Pam went the extra mile to contact Council and an adjoining neighbour to have the trees cut back. I can't say anything good about these people if you are a rentee they are the most arrogant people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with we was in our house for four years with first national not a problem then the owner put the house through surat basin ¬hing but trouble from being accused of being behind with rent when we were 3 weeks ahead we rang Becky quin and she was so arrogant we ended up in an argument in which she hung up a few weeks later their employee turned up late for house in section &as we had other appointments we refused entry which we was well within our rights to do next day we was evicted without reason so if you rent with them don't try and enforce your rights even when they try and do an inspection inside three months without a breach order in place the owner of the house told us they were trying to evict us so they could put the rent up as he told them they couldn't do so without our approval they think by putting there name as first national surat basin it will give them a better image but sadly if they don't change their attitude they will just drag first national name through the mud I can't rate them low enough I've seen snakes slithering on the ground that had higher belly's.
