1st consultation with Dr John (paeds) today. I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders after a year of getting no where with prior professionals. He actually listened. He went through everything from a to z. He spent an hour with me. He explained everything even showing diagrams in a way I could understand. He has such an amazing bed side manner when I had abit of a teary. I know my little boy & myself are in good hands now & will have a brighter future thanks to John.

DoveTouch Specialist and Medical Centre without a doubt would have to be in my opinion the best Specialist Centre when it comes to your children receiving the best possible care.Paediatrician Dr John Singsit along with their team including Behaviour Specialist Fabio Aguiar and Receptionist Anish have worked with my four children on weekends and late evenings just to make sure they are all receiving the attention and services they require which is definitely something we have never come across until discovering them. I 100% reccomend the DoveTouch Specialist Team and their services to everyone and especially to anyone that is starting to or has lost faith in Children's Medical Services, you definitely will not regret making the call.

If I could give Dove Touch 10 stars, I would. They have literally changed our lives for the better.My poor 4 month old son has been very unsettled since birth. It peaked at 4 months, refusing to feed and crying inconsolably all the time. I went to 3 doctors and a hospital, all of them sent me on my way after telling me he was fine and his behaviour was ‘normal’.Dr John Singsit took the time to listen to my concerns and knew straight away that my son had an allergy to cows milk protein. There was no rushing through the appointment and he explained everything and made sure we understood.Dealing with Anish has also been an absolute pleasure, he’s quick to respond to any enquiries and has gone above and beyond to help us.I’d recommend Dove Touch to anyone looking for a Paediatrician.

I feel extremely fortunate to have a quality Clinic, DoveTouch Specialists, right here in Bacchus Marsh.The Paediatrician my children see, Dr John Singsit, is marvellous! He really listens, he’s funny, calm, and reassuring, and he has kind and gentle nature with our children. They look forward to their visits with him.Dr John, makes sure he explains everything thoroughly , and answers any questions.The reception/administration staff are friendly, efficient and thorough with returning calls and emails, and following up on appointment requests and queries.We really are blessed to find a great support for our children, as we navigate the difficult journey of finding good fit treatment, medication, in order to help our children to be their best selves. I highly recommend this Clinic to anyone seeking quality specialist care for their child.

Dr John changed our newborn baby's life! He was screaming in pain after every feed for weeks and we knew something was not right. Every GP and hospital doctor we visited either didn't take our concerns seriously or put it down to 'colic'.John was the first and only practitioner willing to ask detailed questions and make some lifestyle/diet changes, as opposed to saying he'll grow out of it". Within a week of our first consult we had a happy and healthy baby and have never looked back.Thank goodness for telehealth because in-person appointments are difficult to get within a fortnight. But we now know why!"

Dr Velesco is warm , kind , patient and thorough . The children liked her instantly, as did I . Highly recommend her services .

Dr John has been fantastic with my daughter . Was able to get an appointment really quickly for my daughter. He has been great always quick to do anything we need and always follows up really well . So glad to have found Dovetouch

I had my 6 childrens referrals sent to Dove Touch last year. Luckily for me I made the choice to take 1 of my kids to see a private paediatrician because after so many phone calls, appointments they told me I had but didn’t have, then again I follow up in August this year and am told my appointments will take place in October. Again phone calls, emails and messages sent none replied too and October has come and gone. I’m so devastated that a yr has come and gone almost and I’m no closer to having any appointments for my children who’s behaved has gone from bad to worse. Now if I leave I have to pay a Dr now to get new referals done up for another place and go on a waiting list all over again.if you want to actually see someone DO NOT waste your time here as you’ll only get the run around.

My mum took me to visit Fabio to talk about starting ABA. After discussing the topic of aut*sm with him I can confidently say that he is so misinf*rmed. Applied Behaviour Analysis only teaches children to mask their aut*stic traits, but it won’t get rid of them. Masking is a very dangerous safety mechanism that will lead to mental exhaustion and depression in future.

Dr John Singsit, was not only a wealth of knowledge, but very personable, he listened to our concerns, very generous with his time and he offered real support. I feel we now are on the right track with my daughters health issues when other Paediatricians and Doctors just fobbed her off. .
