South Morang GWM Haval

Now that I have my car, I'll go a bit more in depth. After deciding on a Jolion Premium I changed my mind to the Lux. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm glad I did. I've read and watched a lot of things about the car as I waited for it to become available. USB ports on the driver's side now, excellent handling, little internal noise, volume control on the steering wheel etc. Only annoying thing is the alarm going off despite having your eyes on the road. Other than that, love it. Cameron was great and James in finance brilliant.

Terrible customer service, basically non existent! Double booked our service to start with called and said that's fine we will go elsewhere and then basically begged us to still do the service with them. Dropped the car off and got attitude from the service advisor for asking how long it would take and then proceeded to tell us we can cancel the service now if we liked! Picked the car up and was told all the recent updates were done, engine management was done, infotainment and cruise control updates were not done. Even after asking for those to be done. They lied about work done and extremely unprofessional. Won't be returning to this Haval service centre

Car sales guys are good but service department is horrible. 2 day old Haval with issues, service department won’t even call you back or answer their phones. They flat out have no interest in helping customers.Walking in here you get the feeling that the culture in the place isn’t great and staff have the attitude it’s not my job.Never againUpdate : Heading to week 3 of ownership and car is still at dealership with no end in sight.Driven for 2 days from new total without issues.

Bought my first car here in Melbourne at South Morang GWM Haval. Daniel and Joe were very helpful and made the buying process real easy. They included some extra accessories as well. They also went an extra mile picking me up when I returned my car rental. This is very much appreciated Daniel and Joe! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Im writing this review with great joy, as we have just purchased a brand new H6 GT for my wife, not only did they have decent amount of stock to actually sell ready for drive away, Joe from South Morang GWM was a pleasure to deal with, we had a bad experience with another dealership and Joe was such a breathe of fresh air he is what a salesman should be, 1. Honest 2. Reliable and 3. Efficient. He had my wife's car ready within a week, upgraded the plates she wanted, put it away so no one would touch it and had great customer service. Best experience we have had buying any of our cars. 10/10

Worst dealership ever. Been trying to ring to speak to a service adviser for last 2 months and nothing. Took my ute to get serviced no communication. Had a oil puddle under car when got home. Couldn't even drive the car to me when finished. No service at all
