The actual room is really good, on check in the two access keys would not open the door. Reception promptly came up and opened the door and supplied two new keys. Went to make a cup of tea No Tea Bags"

If I can give zero star, I would, because this hotel is very dirty and filthy. I am staying here at the moment for three nights. Every day, I saw life cockroaches in the kitchenette and the bathroom. The first night the TV didn’t even work, the second night when I returned to the room, the used mugs and plates were still on the bench after their room service. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Unless you want to deal with pest infestation issues, strongly recommend you not to consider staying at this hotel. See photos for the cockroach and dirty shower vent, and used mugs not collected.

Look its not terrible, but 5 out of 6 key cards given didn't work. I was given another room for the trouble. The new room didn't include tea bags but came with milk. Shower handle broke off and the towel had a stain on it. Didn't completely ruin the experience but if you want perfect might not be the place for you. Staff were lovely and helpful despite all this.

Bed was caved in, no elevator and the stairs are half the building away from reception. Just a very average place to stay.

Nice enough rooms as you would expect from quest but could do with a bit of work. Some services (Foxtel) didn't work either.

Place has no lift and there are big spiders in the hallway corners. Looks like 2 star motel. Also they overcharge you and wont refund the difference.

3 stars for difficulty in getting into building and rooms both after hours and during normal hours, as the keycards do not work and same with the room doors. We swapped them over twice and still have problems. Several people had the same problem and someone actually wedged the outside door open with a towel to be able to regain entry into the building. This ofcourse, reduces security for pateons. The keycards need to be replaced with new ones, something has to be done. Being locked outside late at night was no fun, only to take 10 minutes to unlock room door, once inside the building!! Weve stayed there twice, same thing happened. Wont be a 3rd time, unfortunately.

The Service is amazing, I get back to the room each night and they've made the bed and taken care of my dishes.The staff at reception are kind and friendly. Very warm welcome.The room is tidy and clean and a great size for what I need.There is plenty of fast food around and only a short drive to restaurants and shopsI'm enjoying my stay.
