Browns Falls
A beautiful walk following the creek to quite a spectacular little waterfall (at least at time of writing due to higher seasonal rainfall). The waterfall is set in a pretty amphitheatre of rock fall. You need to be fairly nimble to navigate water crossings, fallen logs, vines, slippery rocks and mud. Be prepared with a walking stick (or find a branch), grippy shoes which can get wet and if warm enough, bring your swimmers and towel. Nice to see quite a few Hoop Pines amongst the rainforest. The car park has picnic tables, toilets and a playground. Not far from Killarney so you can grab picnic items from Foodworks (closed Sunday).

Absolutely worth visiting this picturesque fall. Just 20minutes walk down the stream. A really good place for people who love adventures. It will be a bit slippery if it is the rainy season.

Awesome spot, bit of an adventure to get to the waterfall with no designated track but total worth it.

Beautiful waterfall, but a very rocky, wet walk to it. We did it with our 4 year old but wouldn't do that again.

Browns Falls
Amazing walk into this beautiful waterfall. Not an easy walk as the path is minimal after initial paving runs out. You need to follow the marked trees up and down the bank and across the stream several times. Huge hoop pines and enormous eucalypts are creatures of the path. Don't attempt in high water as the path runs close to the stream. Lots of scrambling and balancing involved. Only 600m but it takes time care and patience. Fantastic view of the waterfall at the end.

Browns Falls
As a support worker when working in Warwick I make the time to visit Killarney and Queen Mary Falls as well as the other waterfalls that surround the area. The client and I really enjoy spending time out at Brown's Falls and exploring the natural setting. There are also toilet facilities, picnic benches and playgrounds for the kids as well. Undortunately we couldnt access Browns Falls due to the recent rains making the trek too dangerous but we managed to admire it's tributaries and the surrounding areas.

This was such a great end to the Falls Drive, but a great spot to visit in it's own right. It is a little deceptive when you first arrive because you wonder how there could be a waterfall nearby but the signage is great. You start by following a concrete path under the bridge, then a dirt trail until you reach a creek. There is no clearly defined trail, there are markers on trees to follow but essentially, you're just following the creek to the bottom of the waterfall. My 6 year old son had an absolute blast stepping on all the rocks and navigating his way to the bottom of the waterfall. It is part of the experience to decide just which path you're going to take. In the last half of the walk, someone has created a path up in the bushland on the right hand side if you get sick of rock hopping. The waterfall itself is pretty great, it is a beautiful little spot. There isn't much in the way of swimming but it is quite easy to get under the water of the fall (which my husband did) and lots of little areas in the creek for little ones to play in. We sat on some rocks at the base of the waterfall and relaxed and ate some snacks. My husband got in the water and my son continued climbing on the rocks while I just laid back and took in just how beautiful the scenery was. It was also incredibly lovely and cool down there. We enjoyed this spot a lot!

Browns Falls
Heaps of fun if you're willing to take care and time to navigate the minimal path. Lots of great things to see along the walk even if you don't go the whole way. Clean amenities and ample parking. Around 1 hour return trip if you take your time and stop every now and again to take pictures/look and the surrounds.

First up if your following your gps don't select Browns falls this will take you to a private road with no access. Select Browns Falls Park and the access to the path starts there. Follow the tunnels under the road. The path crosses the river twice with no bridge there's a high risk of getting your feet wet. My last two photos showed where we crossed including the fallen tree. Not a long way but a great view of a smaller waterfall.

Browns Falls
Browns falls is certainly a place for the fit & able persons that like a little challenge with rock stepping, crossing running water & foot planning. For all others, it's still a nice walk a little way up to sit & wait while others may continue or a short return back to the park grounds. The water fall is not as it was 3 an a bit years ago but still worth the adventure. The park has clean amenities & includes; grass area, shaded areas, picnic tables, BBQs & small child's play equipment.
