New used car: Went in for routine service and had some specific issues I wanted to resolve from the car inspection before purchase. Matt looked over the report and issues from the inspection and responded in way high priority to low priority manner, offering his advise on potentially saving money from things that don't need immediate attention.There are no apprentices here at this time. Your car will be looked at by an experienced mechanic. The perspective of This kinda looks bad: this must need a repair" isn't present as it is being look at from a guy with not only experience in the field but someone who genuinely cares about doing it right/making logical decisions.TLDR: highly recommend. The guys are friendly and helpful. They are competent with there work, and always try to please. I've been very happy with all work they have done. And will continue to take my car there.

Mathew and Ashleigh are AWESOME. Very relaxed environment, nice clean well equipped workshop. Excellent location for rego checks (pink slips only at the moment) bikes, trailers, cars. The guys were great. My vehicle had a problem that took a bit of finding but they kept me informed throughout the process and gave me cheaper options where possible.Also gave me a run down of 'fix now' 'can wait' ' needs fixing but not a huge problem'First garage I've used since moving to Lake Macquarie and won't be going anywhere else

Went to these guys a year ago, they told me my clutch only had weeks left. Happy I got a second option as they were using scare tactics to try and get me to pay 1200. Went to them again for a noise I couldn't locate in my car they then proceeded to tell me again it was my clutch and that I only had 200km left before it breaks. This was a year later after they already told me the clutch had weeks left. When they called to give me a quote I told them the noise was fixed with a simple oil change. They said to me when your car breaks
