Bought a pair of earrings that broke before I was able to wear them. I had to come back 3 times to get help and they refused to refund the faulty pair. Choose wisely and don’t expect a refund even if it’s faulty!

My brother and I went in today to purchase a gift for his wife for her birthday. The girl was very friendly and helpful, going through all the options they had and answering any of my brother’s questions efficiently and helpfully. Bought a wrist chain. I was told it is gold plated and it would not tarnish. A month later started to wear of and look awful. Try to return it and i was told I want supposed to let it get in contact with shampoo, soap, sanitizer, hand cream. Gold doesnot tarnish.
