Piano Up A Tree
Well, it's a replica piano up a tree. Because Clemont doesn't have much to offer and we passed by, we stopped to read the sign. A fun detail and I guess if there's not much in an area or country, you can make a landmark out of everything.

Of course both the piano and the tree were mpre grand in my imagination, but it's still got a nice synopsis of local history posted nearby, and the main park is right across the street.

It's a sobering thought, standing under the 'piano', imagining the flood as it washed the town away.A quirky yet poignant memorial. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.Also check out the flood tree and Hoods Lagoon in the same area.

Best visit in the morning when the sun behind doesn't make it so hard to spot. Lovely park with lagoon around the corner. Purple waterlillies.

It's quite a sight. .the lagoon nearby is so lovely...a really nice spot to stop and take in the view

Nice place to take the kids for a picnic. If you go upstream to the bridge be careful of the ducks they are pretty keen on your sandwiches.
